Only after these things have been discussed can a truly informed decision be made regarding a guitar's service.

Personalized setups are our specialty. Manufacturers do not adequately do setups. Their setup is very generalized and is aimed at an "average" player. Before starting your setup, we will assess your style, technique and preferences.
Our setups include:
Cleaning the fretboard
Polish frets
Check electronics (if applicable)
Tighten all hardware
Restring
Adjust tremolo (if applicable)
Set truss rod relief
Cut nut and saddle if necessary
Set pickup heights
Intonation*
Polish guitar
Lubrication*
* On electric guitars, intonation is the last thing to be done. On acoustic guitars, intonation adjustments are made when cutting the saddle.
* On electric guitars all removable bridges and tremolos are thoroughly steamed cleaned and soaked in WD-40. They are then air blown and reinstalled using lithium grease, fulcrum pins and spring ends.
